Utilise existing wire processing capabilities and marry these to bespoke, automated mixing and dispensing equipment for the resin. Design and source project specific jigs and tooling. Incorporate a vision system into the existing continuity testing equipment to eliminate historic assembly issues.

Outcome 1 – Following successful demonstration and ‘run-at-rate’ trials, production launched on time and to specification.

Outcome 2 – The customer requested that we undertake a second similar project.

Outcome 3 – Manufacture of the plastic moulding was transferred to our parent company in India, securing a major, long term cost down for the customer.
